Service Description
Our client communication package is designed for businesses looking for dedicated assistance on a monthly basis for managing client relationships and communication on an ongoing basis. Hours: 30 hours per month (or customizable based on client needs) What you get: • Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone. • Client follow-ups and reminders (appointments, deadlines, billing) • Managing client-facing communication (updates, feedback collection) • Scheduling and managing client appointments and meetings (via Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.) • Managing client documentation (contracts, onboarding materials, etc.) • CRM management by updating client files and contact information • Handling customer service inquiries or troubleshooting basic issues *Bilingual Services Included (English and Spanish)
